The S&S Super D gas carburetor has a 2-1/4 inch throat. Recommended for use on large displacement racing engines. Not recommended for most street applications. Low rpm throttling and midrange response will be poor on stock displacement engines.

Manifolds must be ordered seperately. An S&S teardrop air cleaner is available for those Super D applications that require and air cleaner. Once a Super D gasoline carburetor has been converted for use with alcohol, it may not be used with gasoline afterward.
