Charlie Hadayia - Executive VP of Business Development
Charlie is an industry veteran, with over 30 years of industry experience and possesses a genuine understanding of the powersports space. His experience spans multiple disciplines including retail, dealer, distribution and product line. Having held several roles within S&S Cycle, including leading the Dealer Training, Remanufacturing, Tech and Race teams, Charlie also spent 9 years running Biker’s Choice operations and is an avid motorcycle enthusiast. In addition to riding, Charlie enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, building and restoring bikes.
Tim Osterberg - VP of New Product Development & Methods
Tim spent nearly two decades at Harley-Davidson and more recently a substantial tenure at Hayes Performance Systems where he was instrumental in new product development for the powersports market.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Applied Science as well as a Master of Engineering, both from Michigan Technological University.
Osterberg is an avid outdoorsman with a long history of making mechanical things go fast.
Jeff Bailey - VP of Core Product & Chief Race Engineer
Jeff is a mechanical engineer who has grown up at S&S with over 25 years at the company. As project engineer, R&I powertrain lead, engineering manager and chief engineer, he led teams that developed the X-Wedge engine, Indian FTR750 and many aftermarket S&S products that we all know and love. Going fast and racing are core to what motivates Jeff. He has set numerous records at the Bonneville Salt Flats and leads the effort behind the Indian King of the Baggers road race team.
Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from MSOE as well as a masters degree in engineering engine systems from UW- Madison.
Howard Kelly - VP of Marketing
Howard has been around the motorcycle industry for a while, serving as editor of both HOT BIKE and STREET CHOPPER Magazines, as well as feature editor of HOT ROD BIKES magazine before his first stint at S&S. Additionally, Howard was the Brand Director for an apparel line owned by Tucker Rocky and was director of an advertising agency that supported Kawasaki.
While at S&S, he was heavily involved in the planning and execution of the S&S 50th Anniversary celebration, creation of the very successful line of engine service manuals and many other marketing initiatives that brought awareness of the S&S Proven Performance line of products.
When he is not at S&S, Howard spends his time on his three hobbies: motorcycles, cars and guns, all of which he points out are expensive and require cleaning.
