rear exhast rocker arm oiling

did they change the oiling on the rear exhaust rocker arm ? One has very small hole near the valve tip the other is a bigger hole closer to the shaft. The small hole looks very easy to plug up can I drill the bigger hole on the small hole rocker arm any thoughts on this. Thanks

Does it look bright plated or a copper finish?

I have both styles the cooper one has the bigger oil hole up on the side. was there a problem with keeping the small oil hole flowing?

The bright plated one with the small hole are for the '36/'37 moters.
