clutch
last Sunday, working on a friends 45 solo, adjusting the clutch, i noticed some differences from my 73 Servicar. on my trike, the plate that holds the clutch springs in place(i forget what it's called) is held in place by 3 nuts. these 3 nuts have cutouts in them that match to small ribs in the spring plate to hold the nuts from loosening. on the solo, there r no such ribs or cutouts. the solo is from 1941. what is supposed to hold them in place? lockwashers? or could this be a repop plate and needs to be replaced?
