Custom Wrist Pin Bushings Needed

I need a set of wrist pin bushings, 1.280" long, .900" O.D., .6867 I.D., .218 hole.

Has the small end of the rods been honed true?

They have not. They are new.

I don't think you'll hold the ID to 4 decimal places by the time you've pressed them in.I'd find out about the Model Engineering Society/Home Shop Machinist group in your area,it's the sort of thing they'd be glad to do,for a few $'s towards their projects.They're going to need boring/reaming after fitting.

Yeah, after I posted that I thought about going that extra decimal place, and how it probably complicated the whole thing. Initially I wrote as I was reading them. I'll have to find someone locally I guess, thought it was worth a shot.
