Pretty much anything not covered by the topics above. Short lived production bikes or vehicles, Electrical, Tires, Paint, Brakes, etc. Use this for tech questions, and "Shoot the Bull" for general conversation, no tech.
There are some members of this forum who are very knowledgeable about bikes, machinery of all types,
techniques used in fabrication of parts, and some who have knowledge of cam grinding and some of the
machines used by people like Ralph Berndt, Tom Sifton, and others.
So far, not a peep from these members and that is what to me is amazing.
But my WIN98 machines on dial-up can't handle YouTube.
(One of them can't even browse this forum...)
But now on my wife's laptop, I see that it is a very well produced clip indeed.
I thought the animated cam grinder shown was a good design and I also believe it could be made a lot simpler.
One could fabricate one which would do the job with a little thought. I have even thought a lot about it my
self. It would be nice to have a milling machine, lathe, and whatever else needed but I believe it can be
done without that expensive equipment. All it takes to make one is to do it.
