Knuckledragger

The boards have been dead for weeks. Years ago the Hog Drags were held about this time at Humboldt, Iowa. Watching Pete Hill run his blown Knuckle Fueler against Tator Gilmore's twin motored shovel was an annual rite of Summer. I will be reviving that tradition tomorrow at Harrisburg, Illinois. I am not sure of the year, but it was sometime in the mid 80's I was at the Humboldt drags and saw Elmer Trett blow the front motor of his twin shovel top fueler from about 30 feet away. I don't know how we didn't get hit by the shrapnel.
