Buco saddlebags on a plunger chief

Hi,

I got a nice set of BUCO bags (with the plunger "opening" in the back). Now, since Indian fenders are not as straight at the side as Harleys ... how do I correctly put the half moons on the fender?

I looked at a set on my wall for clues, but without a skirted Chief to lay them against, I have no clue.
(My Chief is a '34 pile o' parts with a military fender.)

Since they are 'aftermarket', there is no "correct"; it looks like a poke-and-hope situation.
If it pleases you, its right.

Your chore will be to keep them off of the exhaust!
