Restore Fins on an Iron Head

I'm looking for someone practiced in restoring the fins on iron heads, like the pair below. I picked up a pair of UL heads that the rear head need about three fins restored. They're not "snapped off," like we usually see, but corroded, kind of rusted away, only on their back edges. Looking for someone who's welded fins to restore them, before
