Mystery (to me) Part #4

This wheel is also an 18". No markings found on the rim. On the inside back of the drum the number 3 is stamped in two places. There is also a stamping that looks like the bottom third of a sqaured letter U ( l_l ). Drum ID is 6-3/8' by 1" deep. The large flange has a hole in between each pair of spoke holes.

Rim profile looks Indian. I'm not familiar with them but 249/149 perhaps?
