Transmission case

Hi,
what is the dimension from the bottom surface of the transmission case (where it mounts to the trans plate) to the "fifth bolt" mounting surface?
I need to mill a case where the bottom surfaces have been weld-repaired.

.34375" is too small, it can't be the distance I'm looking for.
If you turn a trans case upside down and measure from the "fifth mount" surface down to the surface where the trans plate mounts to, it's more than .34375".
Is it the trans plate thickness that differs?
How thick is a trans plate?
