knucklehead in Northants
I was coming back from a grasstrack yesterday and passed what seemed to be a custom bike show in a pub carpark. What caught my eye was the immaculate 60s-style knucklehead with ( apparently ) extended stock springers parked in the road.
This was between Weedon and Northampton.
I was half-minded to stop, on the grounds that we had a couple of old bikes with leading-link forks, oddball steering geometry and no brakes, but driving a Landcruiser with a large trailer round twisty Northants backroads takes most of your attention already... and I couldn't face trying to turn again.....
No 1 Son and ( these days ) chief throttle-twister was more interested in coating the inside of the car with Doritos and Lucozade at that point, so no pics.
anyone know anything about this event?
