Oversize exhaust valve

I am looking for an oversize exhaust valve for the KH since the seat has a little problem.
The original dimensions are dia.= 1.575 length= 5-9/16" stem dia.= 11/32"
Diameter should be 1/16" or so bigger. Any suggestions?
Any valve producers with online catalogue? Thank in advance, Hans

Are you sure a 45 exhaust valve is beyond the reach of your adjuster?

The valve diameter of a 45" is smaller than the valve diameter of a KH,KHK. BREWSKI
