Look at the knuckle-picture at the bottom. Might be a -36? Look at the front frame tubes, the sidecar loop, timing cover and banjo fittings on the oil lines.

And the picture above the knuckle (edit: third from bottom): the bike on the right is no flathead 80. The bike on the left seem to have the carbs poking out on the right hand side.

Yes, it is a 1936 EL.
