Right back at ya Steve. My Mother was 100% Irish. Her Dad was an O'Donnel and her Mother was a Hagarty. Pa

Garandpa was a Conway from County Sligo and Grandma was an O' Callahan from County Rosscommon.

My freckles vanished before I was 16. Mom took hers with her when she pasted.

Ya get a new freckle every time ya do something ornery. At least that is what my mother told me when I was a kid and covered with them.

Ye Guys are nearly as Irish as me,

Pa, both O donnel and Hegarty are really strong Irish Names and Chris, both Conway and O'callaghan are just as strong . A lot of Irish names got diluted down through the years and some folks dropped the O' before their name. (under persuasion!).

Ye can't get more Irish than an O' with freckles
