Odd foot boards

Anybody know anything about these foot boards. Came with a basket 1948 EL chopper that I bought a while back.

Come on guys I gotta believe that somebody knows something about these. I not only have 1 set but I actually have 2 pair.

These are aftermarked boards part of a kit originally used to convert Kawasaki street bikes into Police machines.

Thanks Chris. Another guy was trying to tell me they from Goldwings but I wasn't buying that. I figured that they were not for HD's as the spacing for the mounts is a little longer and something would have to be modified.

hmmm, interesting. i wonder if a motor officer pulled over to aid a stranded motorist and needed a tow truck.....
