Timer Terminal Studs

Both of the timer terminal studs pictured below have the very same part number. Both came out of unopened military packaging. Does anyone know the correct year and model application for each of these studs ? Thanks, Pa

Here is another view of the stud on the left.

They made one in which the wire was soldered to the stud, but I just looked at an NOS one I have and it's basically a wire wrapped around the threaded part and soldered. Maybe this stud you have is a different version. Mine carried a 1613-30 p/n

It baffles me Kurt. I have the tags for both of these. I want to use the stud my WLA would have left the factory with. You know how damn particular I can be.
