Identify This Shifter Lever and Shaft Assembly

I don't recall ever seeing a shifter lever shaft assembly with a hooked rod end on it before. I was told it was a 45 part but it don't look like the 45 ones I am used to seeing. Pa

Thanks. I looked at drawings of those years but can't really say for sure. The drawing qualities are not good enough to actually verify it as one of those. I also looked at early 45 levers but they are offset even greater.
