Does anyone know where I can obtain Indian paint chips, or better yet, the formula for Indian paint colors. I have a 1946 Chief I am about to paint and would like something close to the original colors rather than taking a pig-in-a-poke at modern paints. I know duPont back then could paint it any color you wanted but I'm sure there were a set of chips for each year that were standard colors.

Hey John, I don't have a lot to offer, but since nothing else has been added...

I have seen cans of NOS paint on ebay every once in a while, but outside of that Kiwi
claims his paints are where it's at. That's all I have, I'm sure you're tired of hearing
"Dupont would paint it any color!"

" Dupont would paint it any color" does not apply to 1946!
