Location of starter relay.

Who can tell me where the starter relay is located on my 1995 FLHTCU? The wiring diagram is no help.

look in the box under the seat,there are several big relays for the electrical system under there, don't know if I'm right or not,but I'm just starting to look around over and under the Fatboy and there is a plastic box on the rear fender next to the battery box...uffda!! this thing has more nooks and crannys than Heinz has pickles...I had to take the battery out for the winter(no heat in the new shop yet)and I gotta say don't drop your battery bolts down there, there's a chasm thet magnets and 120 lbs of air can't reach!! the only way to get them out is to remove something major...I got her goin' anyway.....peace, Paul

I found it. It is in the fairing but can be reached by removing the headlamp and carrier.

EVO softails are there under the seat..I believe the TC softails are too..

Most FLH's are under the seat or sidecovers too. I guess my year was the execption.

My Old 97 R Kings' S relay was behind the R side cover.


I think the "Bat-Wing' (Fairing) bikes got a lot of their elec stuff crammed under the fairing...

you got the color and th' woman right anyway,Sleeper the one I HAD was a TC Super,but everytime I went to go fer a ride on it and my feet were on those pegs my arches got a huge cramp(old age) so I sold it back, and bought this really great EVO Fatboy, it's that years factory custom ,so it's purple(no two tone)ands got too much chrome( except I'm going to enjoy polishing it more cause the rocker boxes are even chrome)just before winter really set in I got a couple rides in and I just took off...the footboards are great and it barks really good, I'm goin' to get another old bike as soon as the dust settles....peace, Paul
