741 Stroker Pistons

I have 741 Cases and Cylinders and am planning to stroke it with Sport Scout Flywheels and Rods which should use all the original style pins. Does anyone know of a Common Piston about 2.75" diameter I can use that would not need stroker plates? Should be about 1.25" Crown Height.
