ESHELMAN

Someone I know has a 1958 ESHELMAN mailster for sale. This was the predecessor to the Cushman mailster. It has a 8 hp B&S engine hooked up to a Crosley trans. Looking for any info. TIA STROKER

O.K., Now how bout a group for West Coaster Mailsters, a 3 wheeler mail buggy like the Cushman, only different. Powered by a 2 cyl Onan, 18 horse? I got mine running this spring, looking for more info on them??

Dick,does that have the CUSHMAN or the CROSLEY trans? I remember seeing one @ DAVENPORT years ago. It should have the step starter like a CUSHMAN. BREWSKI

Brewski, I'm not sure about the tranny, the starter is via key, like a car, big ole clunky starter though. The tranny isn't like a Crosley, as that's what's in my Harley Deere, and the 2 don't look anything alike. More along the lines of an old Ford 3 spd. car tranny.
All the mechanicals are ok now, but if something besides the engine breaks, I'm at a loss as to where to find the parts

Dick,does that thing have a steering wheel?,it seems I remember the one I saw had a steering wheel instead of handlebars. The CROSLEY trans has the shifter mounted on top of the case,The CUSHMAN trans shifts on the side, BREWSKI
