front brake lever

Was wondering if anybody could tell me the difference between teh 45002-65 brake lever assembly and the 45002-69 brake lever assembly? Thanks.............Mutt

The perch is machined to accept a brake light switch.

but is the lever itself the same as the -65?

Mutt early '65s had the old style lever without the ballend.
Somewhere in '65 came out the ballend lever but without the plastic bushings for the cable pin that came in '68 , the hole for the cablepin changes size in '68 .

ALSO 65-73 LEVER IS STRAIGHT 73-UP THEY WERE CURVED
