rods SA-705 & SA-706

I just can't remember, VL rods?
I do recall thinking they might take a straight crank pin, and sure as hell take most wrist pins,and I could play around with compression distance, memory fades.

VL rods I belive are a bad choice, The crank
pin end is open they are weak. Look at Merch
motors they make an in between length rod at
a faif price.

strange, going thru it I find, indeed one set
150-30 wheels w1" pin taper{same taper as pinion shaft}, had to come out of one of my '37 cases, even stranger, 3 sets of rods I must have picked up blindly, don't know how I
missed the larger piston pin end.
