Is it possible to pull engine and tranny leaving them connected together if you were carfull? Im at that stage of restoration that i want to have frame painted and motor clean up. All my ajustments are great.

Gosh! Wouldn't that be nice...The problem is a smoke wrench is the only one I know of applicable to this type of disassembly.

if not k or sportster,why???

I was looking for short cut because i didnt have motor spocket socket. It came apart easy by taking off trans first and i hope it goes back just as easy.
