I assume this is a 45? No problem at all, all motors 1932-73 fit all frames. The late trans 3rd stud will just hang in space. You should try to use the early drum though to get the rear sprocket to line up. Be careful - the 45 solo frame isn't that strong, and the early ones are worse. Try to get 1935-40. Especially look closely at the area where the rear lower legs join the transmission pan, and where the pan joins the bottom of the seat post.
