cycle lift recomendations

I just got my WLA delivered from Germany after my reassignment to North Carolina. I made the rtrip without a scratch. Now I even have a garage to work on it in. I was looking for a lift. Sam's Club has a lift for around $79.00. Can this one fit the 45 frame and/or can it be modified. What would you all recommend? I don't want to spend a lot of money, I'll need it all for parts!

You may need to build an adapter to fit between the frame and the lift. Congrats on getting the bike to the USA.
