45 frame

we recently acquired a 45 project with a frame that looks very good, straight with all good threads except for the front motormount tab.
it's simply missing.
does anyone know of a place where these tabs are sold or remade or does someone have such a tab he can afford to sell us.
Or a decent frame repairman (in preference in Europe as we are located in Belgium)
any leads are much appreciated.
