I did do a sketch showing a bush welded to the frame, supporting a lever bent at 90 deg, and a shoulder to retain it at the left-hand end. The right-hand end was to be milled square to mount the crank and then threaded for a retaining nut.There was a bush slid over the exposed, right-side end and retained by the crank to provide lateral restraint from that end.

But I just decided it was too much work for no advantage and didn't do it.
Shoot, a man could have a good weekend in Dallas with all that stuff...

Initially, a short rod to the original gear pedal to give a right-side foot change and a long rod to a Servicar clutch pedal to give a left-side foot brake ( BSA rear wheel ), handlebar clutch lever

But I've recently acquired a stock Ariel brake pedal and since the bike has the original mount for that I'm converting it to mid pegs using that on the left and a stock Burman fear pedal on the right, so there are no linkages at all
Shoot, a man could have a good weekend in Dallas with all that stuff...
