About timing ignition
Hallo,
Am i thinking wrong, i have been trying to set the ignition on my old 45". Im using chevy breakers and condensator so the breakter knock mark dosent give me any help. I used a buzzer and connected one side to the breaker and the other to ground. I kick the engine over until the front intake valve opens and closes, and continue until i can se the mark in center of the inspection hole. I have set the ignition fuly advansed so that the buzzer starts buzzing exaktly when the timing mark appears in the timing hole. The breakers go together exactly when the mark is in the hole.
But this dosent seem to be right. I cant get it started like this. Am i thinking wrong?
