Need 45 exhaust 'attachments', where do I get 'em?

Hello!
So, I am looking for the "pipes" that the actual exhaust pipes connect to.
Where may I buy these?
I've glimpsed at a few online stores but didn't really find anything that helpful...

The pipes 1006-41 and 1007-41 go directly into the cylinders.
