T&O flywheels

hi guys, today i finally got around to mocking up my flywhels assembly for the wl/kh and have a problem.
the pinion shaft and the sprocket shaft dont 'stick' through the wheels enougth to allow the nuts to do up properly ! anyone else had this problem ? sat am taking the bigend pin over and see if that fits properly.

Do you have the proper keys for them? Did you try them without the keys? H-D keys are specific and not generic, so if the proper one is not used it will sit too high and not allow the shaft to seat!

hi robbie , yep with and without keys just the same , only 1/2 to 3/4 of the nut screws on .
have some used shafts here will take over later ,seem if its the shafts not the wheels
