My 45 Project Almost Complete

My little 45 project is almost complete. This coming Saturday should tell the tale. Hopefully, this Louisiana heat won't be too brutal.

All that's left is putting on the exhaust pipes, air breather, plug wires, throttle and cable, front brake cable, setting the timing, and adding oil and gas. And... it should be ready to fire up.

I'll try to post some pics when it is up and running.

No real issues, Mr Big. Mostly just finding the time and a cool part of the day to do it. But, other than that it's fine.

I really don't want to take it out riding right now in these extreme temps. So, I may wait till it cools off some.

However on a side note, my wife was nice enough to let me roll it into the kitchen in the a/c to finish it up. LOL

You've hit that nail on the head. Besides, I've worked pretty hard on the little 45 and I don't want to over heat it right of the bat.
