Crankcase Plug Identification

Ever see one of these crankcase plugs ? It is an expansion type. Pa

It is an aftermarket automotive item.

Thanks Chris. I found it in a servi car timing plug hole. What could one have used it on in the automotive side ? Oil drain maybe ? It is to small to be used anywhere else. Pa

It looks like an aftermarket expanding plug for the drain hole in a small boat.

I keep Dorman examples in stock for stripped tranny plugs.
