painting

restoring knuckle 1937....after spraying the basic color,sanding,putting on the tanktransfers ,spraying in the correct striping,sanding,today i put on the 2 component varnish, and ....dust and (minor)runner(s) this was my second layer of varnish,and i still donT manage to keep the dirt out!!! now i think i accept the result,and try to get the imperfections out through a rubbingpaste or so.. has someone experience with this,and what should i use

found out myself,sandpaper 1200,after that rubbing with cleanerpaste,gives aperfect smooth surface,somewhat duller,but suits better to an old bike..
