Mystery (to me) part #3

Another hub with 18" wheel. On the inside back of the drum is stamped 1239002. There is a separate stamp that is either the number 1 or a capital i. Another stamp of a capital N inside a circle. Drum ID is 6-3/6' and the depth is 1'. No other markings found.
