Part ID help #1

Pretty much anything not covered by the topics above. Short lived production bikes or vehicles, Electrical, Tires, Paint, Brakes, etc. Use this for tech questions, and "Shoot the Bull" for general conversation, no tech.

Hi Folks-

I have some hubs and wheels that I have acquired over the years and I have absolutely no idea what brands, models, years, etc. they go to. Some newer, some older, some probably not HD. I'm hoping that the vast knowledge base of this board can help this old man out as my experience and reference materials are rather limited.

Kind of like "Motorcycle Trivia" except I don't know the answers!

First up is a wheel. The overall OD of the rim is 21". The inside width of the rim measures 1-1/2". The drum ID is 6-3/4" and its depth is 1-1/8". There is a grease zerk on the hub. On the spoke side of the rim near the valve stem hole is stamped "made in England". Inside the drum are two stampings. One is C15/75 and the other is L&E.

Any ideas?
