Cycle Ray

Hello,

anyone out there who has an idea, how to replace the insulation block in the original Cycle Ray Springer headlight? Do I need to open the rivets or is there another way.

Colony machine makes a kit to replace all the rivets in a Cycle Ray headlamp . Part number 8943-27. They have what appear to be rivets from the outside but are actually bolts. Remove the old rivets. Do your restoration and bolt it back together and nobody will have a clue.
