bent rear frame

need help. appears that the rear section on my 1940 chief plunger frame has been tweeked. does anyone have blueprints or any measurements that i may use to repair? thought i seen some on virtual indian. can't locate them now....thanks

all i really need is the distance frome top grease zert to top grease zert....bottom to bottom. maybe centerline also....

zert, zerc, zerk...its z thing with z hole, where you put z grease.. would like to know the centerline. any help would be deeply appreciated..
