I had to jump over to this list for this one... for you with small grandkids (kids???) J.C. Pennys has a little Indian Motorcycle that the kids actually ride. It's a battery operated about like the ones you see in the stores. The add says it's for 55 lbs max weight. It has the indian ft. fender light and all! Runs on a 6 volt battery (included) and has a cataloge price of 54.99. The # xu 653-0381 a. They call it the red rider. No doubt with the skirted fenders and girder ft end it's a little Chief! 800-222-6161. Sorry for crashing the board with advertisment (or spam) but I thought this was worthy of getting out. Back to the flattie board.
I picked this thing up today and put it together, man it's cool! Has the proper looking tail light, motolamp, generator belt cover and the heads and primary cover even look authentic! Make a nice garage display even if you don't have the grandkids! It looks like it comes in Red, Green and Black.

Jeeez! Indian? I just got home from the grocery store where I was flippin through some HD type magazine an lo and behold there was this HARLEY DAVIDSON scooter with little itty bitty teeny wheels for sell, like it was the hottest, most needed thing ya gotta have!!!! Sorry if I'm commercializing but this is something that I won't recommend. It's definitly not in my focal point of real motorcycles or motorcycling. I guess its a continuation of all those clothes and gimwads ya gotta buy to be a "real biker" Such the hype. Remember when we had metal toys and OSHA didn't exist?
