oil leaking out of cap

Hello , i got mine to stop leaking , timming set right(at least it runs very well). those of you that ride indians all the time , is it normal for oil to come out of the oil cap. mine comes out and runs down the side of the tank. it is not a hudge amount but it will end up on me while riding. maybe over filled. the guy i bought it from changed oil before i got it.

Yes it can leak a little,sometimes turning cap slightly to left will seem to make it feel tighter with more turning resistance and return line should be pushed forward to spray onto tank top and not at cap.

well fixed that too , just bent tube away from opening.
