I started out with a V-Twin 35-8017 40 MM manifold. Turned down the end of it to match the CV carburetor. I'm gonna use some Green Stripe hose as a connector unless somebody knows something better. I managed to fit the carb perfectly between the FHP Big Bore cylinders and under to oil line. I was worried about gas tank to carburetor clearance but there is plenty.
A repop air cleaner backing plade was modified to fit the CV carb and be in the same location as a stock Knuck air cleaner. The carb and air cleaner are supported by a bracket from the top case stud to the air cleaner backing plate. We had to make a very "CUSTOM" nut for the top case stud.
I threw on my exhaust pipes just to get a feel for them.
