first 200 mls
put my first 200 mls up on the speedo today 
( thank God 45mph is over) 
,then i heard something small fall off the bike and hit the road, as i was going down the main road i couldnt pull in straight away (boy was i planking it 
) i found out after it was the nut and washer from under the front of the saddle - whew!!!
