Re: Sure It Is !!
Although there were a handful of Servicars built for military use I am sure they did not carry a WLA engine number, stainless fender trim, alloy heads, chrome trim and red paint
Re: Sure It Is !!
He says his research showed it to be a military servicar. Sure would like to see his sources. I don't think anyone is going to bite on this story.
Re: Sure It Is !!
Here's what he wrote when I asked him where he got his information...

#s match eng. and title. The title also says
servi-car on it. The bike was inspected by the

Re: Sure It Is !!
Ohio requires a model and make, along with the serial number. Makes sense the title would read that way. Ohio now requires a paint color. They even list camo in the color list. Pa
Re: Sure It Is !!
According to that Palmer guy military Servicars carried "G" numbers on them. Not WLA.
Re: Sure It Is !!

Re: Sure It Is !!
I would think the military servicars would have been OD green, too.
Re: Sure It Is !!

Re: Sure It Is !!
Curious to know......Did any of them make it to the North African front ? If so, would they not be desert tan ? Pa
