Here are some more photos. I started a new topic so the pictures wouldn't take too long to load in the 1st one.

A couple more of the cases and oil tube set up.

2 of the " T " bracket that fits between the cases and mounts to the frame on that part in the 2nd frame pic.

And finally my sprocket cover / clutch actuator that I machined using an idea from an old Arlenn Ness product that he
made for Sportsters in the early 80s but interfered with the rear exhaust on a KHK.

Here are the pictures of my KR cams of unknown letter designation. I think they are "A" grind.
The other ones with the color on the gears are my Wire EDM cut lobes that I designed using Autocad and cam timing specs from the KR KRTT book. I ground most of the bad lobes off but left a "Key" for reference and then silver soldered my lobes on to the OEM gears.

My lobes are D-2 tool steel and have the same lift at .395 but have a little less radical profile than the real KR grind.

To reference an other post...When I had a set of KHK cams, which had not come with my 54 KHK when I bought it,
they were marked KHK on the 2 intake cams.
I had the shop that 1st built my motor for me put them in so I have no idea of their origin date.
