regulator

hi does any one know please' the difference between pre 03 and post 03 regulators apart from the shape?

Was that when they changed from MM to Delphi ?

hi dave ,not sure was a mates bike,an 05 dyna, hes got the right regulator now. it was the wires from the alternator had chafed and shorted out reg and alternator ,blowing both, ouch on the pocket,.
