their are some harley davison spark plugs on ebay , i have never seen such long electrodes.. are they for real?

The part number, 5RL, is correct for about the early '80s. I didn't remember the tips protruding quite so far, but they were noticeably long. As I recall, they were only used for a short period of time when Harley was building bikes that would barely idle even when brand new due to the way they were tuned to meet emissions.
