Any one have a way to fix a rear rod that has over .035 worn off of one side?

Anyone have any idea how many different types of rods were made for BT.

I have 3 mongrel sets and all have difference in the way they were made.

Can't help you Jim, but my test jig is testimony to what a broken rear rod can do. The beam rod actually struck the female rod at the fork. there was a smooth wear pattern on the rod to show it. They must have been hitting at the bottom ot the stroke. I was only doing 50 when the cases shattered. She kept running on the front cylinder till I shut her down
