The reduction of weight is equal to the addition of horsepower. Any first, second or third hand knowledge about lightening the cylinder fins by drilling holes in them? Victory Library's (is that you Panic?) 80 Power booklet mentions cutting the fins at the exhaust port (for heat control reasons). I've seen drilled K model heads which I will assume was both for lightening and heat disipation. Has anyone knowledge of adding fin area? Anyway, anyone tried it and it failed? Anyone tried it and it worked?
