The blower case appears to be the oil tank + electrical switch box.

Brand new Scott blower from 1950's used as oil bag. Scintilla magneto not a barn find, but forrest find... Dragrace frontrunners had to be spesially fitted. Twin SU carbs. By the way I think this bike has a original pair of Flatheadpower heads...Swed. made that is..

By "Scott" I assume you mean S.Co.T. (Supercharger Company of Turin)?
